Very simple process to getting an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early like their instructions recommended. Checked in from my car via text and was ready to be seen by the time my appointment came up. Staff were very friendly and helpful with my issues. Offered me many different options and explained things to me in a clear and easy to understand way. Received a Covid test on site after going over everything with the medical staff. Front desk called me and canceled my appointment,she said because my provider ordered me lab I need to go lab,and I told her my provider office referral me to healthy now,well,so I didn’t have any appointment and I was feeling very sick.I ended up going to Summitview Urgent care,they are awesome!

Avoid this location and not just because they are rude. KV-Urgent care will bill you without notification. They will force you to give them a credit card number in order to be seen by a doctor (even if paying cash, they say it’s to make a patient profile). Then, without any notification of cost, they will let you see a doctor and automatically bill your credit card, even if they forgot to bill your insurance.
