Front desk woman (no name tag - long blonde hair with a piercing above her lip) was a rude b****. She didn’t let me explain anything before she interrupted me a few times. The dr refused to even talk to me and refused to fill out a form stating that I was injured and unable to go on a adventure travel trip. My trip insurance needs this simple 1 page document filled out for me to get reimbursement. Do not go here! Terrible customer service!!

Always have been able to get it. Friendly, and efficient.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME... when it first opened, it was a WALK IN clinic. Now you have to schedule online to be seen. If your lucky you might get in the same day you attempt to schedule. The purpose of the clinic when it first opened was to offer walk-in service to patients with minor health issues. Now it's more complicated and takes forever to be seen, if your seen at all.
