The several times I go in there, Wesley or Ben are always there. They are friendly, kind and very supportive and informative. They make you feel comfortable and let you know and feel good about yourself as well as what goals you set out for or how to achieve them. They are 1 of the best health places that aren’t just about the sales but about You as a person. You always leave there with a Smile on!!
Overall an amazing store. The staff know their stuff about supplements and healthy food alternatives (ie. Nut butter spreads). Would recommend this store to anyone. They even have a website which makes it convenient for people who might not live in the KW area.
I love going there to purchase my protein bars, vitamins and shakes. The owner and all staff so far have been extremely helpful.

I have been getting protein powder from a company on Ira Needles for about a year. My wife mentioned to me about Healthy You which is in my neighborhood. We checked it out and was met by Wesley. He was very patient with us and listened to my needs in a protein shake. We bought Creed and it had everything we required. Recently we came back to the store and now we are trying Quattro based on Wesley’s advice. I recommend this store to anyone looking to make a healthy change to their life.
