Staff was SOOO friendly! Everyone was very professional and had such an upbeat spirit! They took excellent care of me, was very thorough, and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Great place! My go to urgent care! Dr. Gasparotto is so sweet and friendly! Hands down recommend this urgent care!
Update: Took my son earlier this year for a minor problem. Long story short, the staff has drastically changed. Unfriendly, cold and rushed. The billing department is unreachable and protected by the office staff. Still having billing issues. Not suprised to see the South Lyon location closed and for sale. 0 stars if I could. Had a bad fall out my car hurt my back black and blue bruising got in quickly only thing is I had to ask for pain relief shot after crying in pain it wasn’t even offered. Otherwise I will visit again if needed.
Best urgent care ever! It was clean, i was in and out in less than an hour, and the women working there were amazing!
