I never ever thought the day would come that you would have to pay for an emergency phone call. The day the doctor is no longer on call and its $20.00 to speak to a triage nurse. My daughter stepped on a nail that went through her flip flop into her foot, blood every where. Call the office and the recording says press option 2 to speak with a nurse for a $20.00 fee that the insurance companies will not pay.
