Still disappointed in this place. If I could give 0 stars I would! I really hope they got rid of the receptionist at the front desk! Sad no one even reached out in reference to my last review. Terrible.
Great, friendly, respectful people who care about the health and welfare of our child. They’re really knowledgeable about subjects we have.
My grandbaby has been coming here since birth he is now almost 6 years old and today he feels bad went in to see the doctor but his insurance card has another doctor on it we called and got it changed back to them but they won't see him until the name changes on the card so he just supposed to continue to feel bad until tomorrow smh these doctors are all about the money not the welfare of your child don't go here do not recommend AT ALL!!!! If I could do a negative 10 I would we will be finding a new pediatrician asap
⸻ This facility has been extremely disappointing. The front office staff is unprofessional and uninformed — their usual response is “I don’t know” with no attempt to assist further. Since my child’s doctor retired, I’ve been searching for a new provider, and choosing this clinic was a mistake. Ramon, who is referred to as the “office manager,” has been unhelpful.
