I wanted to revise my review due to the treatment I received from the staff. I really loved coming here initially flying from California because of the bedside manner. Unfortunately the last few visits were a night mare. I’ve left in tears. The doctor damaged my permanent bridge making adjustments to make the partial fit. Then I flew back for my new bridge and it didn’t fit I stayed for 2 1/2 hrs getting adjusted when it should have been just went back to the lab. Dr. Tim and his staff are hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I’m deathly afraid of the dentist, and as a 43-year-old who hasn’t had the best luck with dental experiences or coverage, I was treated with genuine kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. Dr. Tim took the time to explain everything to me without judgment or making me feel embarrassed.
