Very bad experience with the Norwalk office They charge me $810 for two crowns they take bad measurements the dra to my didn't what she was doing and finally the crowns are loose i need to pay another dentist to fix the problem and I'm going to file a small claims to have my money back,I don't recommend this office
Had all lower teeth removed and replaced with implant bridge. The good: They don't advertise much as in having half hour tv commercials and I believe the prices reflect that they aren't paying for a sales team and then pass that on to customer. I found what I was looking for and at the right price to pull the trigger. My whole treatment took longer than expected because the lab messed up a couple times but they sent to another lab and at least did not they and put something wrong in so give credit to that. I really wanted to like this dentist, but the constant cancellations and poor follow-up have made it impossible to rely on them. It’s frustrating to rearrange my schedule only to have appointments canceled at the last minute. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.
