This office is always super good to me and my family! Met them, unfortunately with an abscess tooth. They took great care of me, explained everything, and I felt comfortable and confident with their care. Dr Benchimol is just simply amazing and God blessed those hands with technique. I’ve had a couple extractions now and an implant and so far so good. The cost wasn’t ridiculous. However, I do have an insurance. One star is too much for this office. I made a new patient appt for exam, cleaning and x-rays. Went for my appt and x-rays were done. 5 different staff members later the Dr. came in and spent 5 mins with me. Next someone came in and wanted me to pay. I reminded that I made an appt for a cleaning. The hygienist said I could get a cleaning in 45 mins. I was already there for 1 hour and 23 mins at that point (all that was completed was xrays and 5 mins with a Dr) and another 45 mins to wait for a cleaning that I had an appt fo... read more
