Twice, I paid in full for my teeth cleaning, $100.00 and they went after my insurance without permission. When they billed my insurance, they upped the prices to 184.00, and got back $100 from my insurance, so they were paid twice. The office lady said they sent a check for the July 2021 appt, using an old address. They could have called me or sent an email to verify, not send a check to the 4 winds.
