Love my new dentists :) We just moved to Pinckney and started using Healthy Smiles a couple of weeks ago. My dentist actually came out and introduced himself to me while I was in the waiting room - a first for any doctor! The oral hygienist was very friendly and did an excellent job with my cleaning. I just went in today to have my wisdom teeth removed - while they were able to only get one of them, the whole process was handled as painlessly and calmly as possible. This is the best dental office my family and I have ever been to. The office is very nice and clean and they have a fish tank in the waiting area. The staff, doctors and hygienist are all great. It is easy to get an appointment and I never have to wait while I'm there. They accept my insurance and billing has been very easy. I highly recommend this dental off to everyone!
Great Office Staff, Doctors and Hygienist! I have a huge fear of Dentist due to not having any cavaties until after age 21, and I am very hard to get numb and keep numb. This is by far the BEST Dental care I have ever received.
Multiple bad and/or odd experiences here. Billing issues, treatment issues, payment problems, being greeted by a small pile of cigarette butts by the front door, the office being closed when their hours say they are open, etc. Nothing seems to ever go right the first time here. In fact, as I am writing this review, I am in the lobby of Healthy Smiles Dexter to complain about a bill that they said they took care of 2 months ago, yet I received a late notice today.
