I’ve been going here for years and I believe the doctor is great but the front desk is rude and needs training. Last year (April 2025), the very old lady at the front desk repeatedly charged the wrong group number for my dental cleaning resulting in me owing money. However my cleanings are covered so I told her to charge the correct group number. She did not charge the correct number and I called my insurance to correct the matter. I drove all the way from Brooklyn and honestly, I’d travel from anywhere if I had to. Dr. Intatno is incredibly patient, never overbooks, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She made sure my smile was absolutely perfect. I’m so glad I followed the referral and came here—it was more than worth the drive.
Great service was with them since 2021 until I to New Orleans.
