My 3 children have been patients for most of their lives but sadly our satisfaction has steadily declined. It is standard for X-rays to take place once per year (that is all insurance covers). So unless there is a problem, that is standard. We do check ups every 6 months and during the “non x-ray” appointment, I felt pressured/almost manipulated like I had to opt for extra X-rays (called me up telling me what I owe, then I questioned what I was paying for and realized they were unnecessarily opting me in for extra X-rays). Absolutely love this practice. Took my son in for a new patient evaluation and all of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! We don’t have insurance so $150 for self pay was doable for us! Would highly recommend, no hidden fees they’re straight up with you about pricing. Thank you so much!!!
Súper súper recomiendo. Mi hijo de 4 años lo traje por primera vez porque le salió temprano su diente de adulto y no fue fácil tomarle la radiografía pero fueron muy pacientes y ayudaron a lograrlo con mucho cariño. El cuarto tenía un TV para poner miles y ayudó también a que estuviera tranquilo mientras la doctora lo observaba. Muchas gracias !!
