My young children and I transferred to Dr. Roberts after visiting another dentist in Enid. A friend referred me to Dr. Roberts due to an emergency situation. Dr. Roberts immediately so us the day we called. My young children love going to the dentist now and are not afraid and screaming and begging me not to take them. We have always been seen at our appointment time and are all seen at the same time. What a great facility and top of the line equipment as well as staff. Thank you Dr. Roberts.
The doctors are fine, but poor billing practices make Healthy Smiles unacceptable. After paying the requested co-payment at the time of treatment additional charges not covered by insurance were billed. That is understandable, but a $10 "account fee" for a balance less that $30, you've got to be kidding. My co-worker, who initally referred me to this dentist, also recently changed Dr's after an encounter with the billing department.
