For me, the portions are more than enough, and I feel really light after eating. One reason I had hesitated to try these meals was that I use natural ingredients and olive oil or avocado oil when cooking, and I struggled to find a company that cooked in a way similar to how I do. Also, the fact that they change the menu weekly is great for me, because I get bored eating the same thing all the time. I definitely recommend this company.
