I couldn’t ask for a better therapist! I connected with Jenny pretty quickly and have felt comfortable sharing things with her that I never thought I’d share with someone. She’s very personable and does an amazing job validating how you’re feeling and what you’re going through. 10/10 recommend! :)
I’d recommend Jenny to anyone, she’s an amazing therapist. I came to her as an “anxious little bird” 3.5yrs ago and now here I am following her to her private practice. She’s helped me grow tremendously and I don’t know where I’d be if I hadn’t found her. Jenny creates such a safe and comfortable space for you to open up, at your own pace.
