Dr. Dario Pinzon is incredible! My dog is a handful and needed to be mussled for all appointment but, the staff made it easy . They helped me with medication before my pets appointment to help calm him to perform his procedure! It was a great experience! I am so grateful to have found Dr. Pinzon 🫶🏻
if you are blind or disabled and not go to the vet because they do not work well with disabled people. I brought my cat creamy in for the last 3 months and spent over $4,000 on care that I thought was professional. the last visit was $800 bill which they redid a parasite test and he was positive. the whole other visits they were never testing in him for parasites which got me upset. because I got upset they decided to terminate my services even though creamy is with diarrhea and throwing up and at this point they will not ev... read more
I have visited this step before for urgent care and decided to switch to them as my full-time veterinarian. I went to visit them this week with one of my dogs just for his wellness exam and my only wishes that I had switched sooner. I arrived at Healthy Pets with my beloved kitten Phoenix for a simple eye examination due to pus. Phoenix was rescued after being abandoned by his mother, who took his sibling and never returned. I was eager to care for him, naming him and rushing to PetSmart to buy kitten bottles and formula. I stayed up many nights, doing my best to keep him warm and feeding him every two hours. Dr. Pinzon was very compassionate and kind. Our beloved dog was diagnosed with a tumor in her bladder. Dr. Pinzon explained everything and helped us decide what would be the best options for our precious dog. We have been to other vets and this practice truly cared about our pet. They did not put her through extra tests just to increase our bill like other vets we have seen.
