Update: A year after my dog died. This company gave my personal information to Koala Health for pet medications. This is unacceptable. Do not go here if your pet is dying. I have had issues with them since while I was there on the 11th to put down my dog with cancer. First they kept asking if we wanted to pay for everything upfront or on the way out. Dr. Fisher and Sara were so kind and compassionate when we brought our cat in. Couldn’t have asked for better staff when we had to make the decision to put our baby down.
Very lovely people. We're very understanding when I was late which I try not to be. It did take a while for them to get to us, but I understand bc I know there's not a doctor for every room and there's only so much they can do for that in the moment. My cat was anxious at first, but was pretty chill with them after a min. They gave me the meds she needed and sent us on our way. Price is about as you'd expect and were upfront with how much at least the visit would cost and did let me know meds were extra, which is standard.
I love the vets and all the staff here. The place is spotless. Glad that I chose them for my miniature Dachshund care needs.
