RecommendedI will only bring my baby here! Everyone is so great and patient. Dr. Buck always answers all of my questions and is so encouraging! I love this place and have full confidence in them and their abilities.
I called them on Tuesday evening around 4pm and they got my baby fluff in at 8am the next morning. Thank God as our regular vet wouldn’t get us an appointment until Friday afternoon. We will be coming back to see Dr. Birkhead. 20 minutes and she had my sweet little puppy diagnosed and meds prescribed. Baby girl is already sounding and feeling so much better.
I truly could not be more pleased with my experience. I’m new to the area, and a new client. Because of COVID, it’s been difficult getting in anywhere. My little Judd had two seizures in one 24-hour period. When I called, they told me to bring him in right away. An hour later, and they had already drawn bloodwork on him and given me his new medicine. Thank you so much to all of you for being so kind and compassionate. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I could not be happier with our experience! Dr. Buck and his staff are amazing! They make you feel like family and are kind and caring. We had to put our dog down and could not have asked for a better experience for a not so great time. Thank you all for being so kind and loving!
We have been taking our dog to Healthy Pets of Lewis Center for years. The staff is all very nice and helpful. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our little buddy. Yesterday, we received a thoughtful card, signed by all of the staff along with paw prints from our sweet baby. The card means so much to me and my family. Highly recommend this clinic.
this it's an amazing veterinary clinic, they took amazing care of my Great Pyrenees for over 12 1/2! every one is so caring and nice. this is the only vet I would take my precious baby Tessa to because they have my full trust❤️ and after the passing of baby tessa they sent me a card full of love and caring words. another amazing thing is that they see reptiles! I've had to take two different species of reptiles to this clinic and they did amazing with them!!
During this crazy time we are all in issues with our pets are a worry/nightmare. My cat Ebby was having issues with her anal glands and I was able to on the same day I called, get her in to have someone take care of her. I had already had her at another vet a few weeks before for the same problem and they had done the wellness check on her. I had asked the technician who came to my car to pick up Ebby if they could possibly wave the wellness exam since she had just had one. Amazing experience with Healthy Pets of Lewis Center. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to answer all questions. We are in and out with routine check-ups without long waiting times. And it is clear that the staff genuinely love what they do. Definitely recommend them.
Louie had his new patient appointment this afternoon and I was nervous about making this switch during the COVID-19 pandemic. I really appreciate the time you spent answering all my questions and concerns and supporting us through this transition.
