They are AMAZING!!!!! All of my boys loved them. The people who work there are the sweetest and are great with animals I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will never go anywhere else.
I like this palce today was my first time taking my dog here. And I was very impress. The staff is so nice and Krystlle did a awesome job on my baby girl!!
We had our Maltese Frankie groomed by Laura yesterday for the first time and she did a fantastic job. We keep Frankie's hair long so she is groomed every two weeks to keep her maintained. We recently moved here from the DFW area and until now have been traveling back to Dallas for her grooms. They are always so friendly and Crystal does a fantastic job on our Standard Poodle. I appreciate having an appointment and knowing when she will be ready so my whole day isn't wasted waiting around for the groomer to call. My absolute favorite part is my baby doesn't act freaked out when we go and beg us not to leave her like she has with other groomers. Makes leaving her much easier.
Krystlle has been amazing with Bentley since day one! She was very reassuring with both myself & Bentley being fist time grooming customers. She takes her time & answers any questions/concerns I have both at drop off & pickup. All staff is friendly, even when I just call to check on him. I feel safe leaving him there knowing my munchkin is in good hands!
They did a great job on our pug and he loved some of the bones and treats we tried. Prices are great and I love that they don't make the dogs sit in crates while they are waiting for their bath or pick up. We will definitely be back!
On our first visit to the store, we asked if they had samples as our puppy has been having issues with keeping her food down. Without skipping a beat, we were provided with two grocery bags full of samples and a bag of treats to help with getting our pup to accept the new foods! And best of all, they were given to us free of charge! Definitely going to return for whatever food our puppy ends up liking and all our other food and grooming needs!
