Was there for almost 2 1/2 hrs. While waiting for test results listened to my dog whining. When I asked if they could bring me my dog receptionist wanted me to pay first. I said how do you know total without test results. She said results were done. I asked another gal if she would bring me my dog and she said they were just finishing up the prescriptions.
