I am extremely frustrated with the unprofessionalism and poor record management at Healthy Paws in Glendora. Here is a factual account of our experience as new patients: 11/14/24 – I emailed our dog, Osito's, medical records (from the rescue we adopted him from) to Healthy Paws. 11/15/24 – Osito had his first appointment. No vaccines were administered, despite them having received his records from the rescue agency. 3/1/25 – We visited in person to check the vaccination statuses of Osito and our other dog (not yet a patient)... read more
Great place, they care about my furry, and the services are very profecional
The best place ever. My pup hurt her back and they really helped us. They called continuously to see how she was doing. 5* they truly care.
