East Arkansas in Blytheville has great receptionist’s but the staff in the back could use some improvement when it comes to knowledge in the medical field, hospitality and listening to patience concerns and not brushing them off. This would not be a recommended PCP for anyone actually wanting educated people that know what they’re doing and actually want to listen and help. Be safe out here!
I would not recommend them if you’re needing dental work. The dentist is rarely ever onsite and you have to wait months to even be seen. The receptionist I spoke with was unprofessional and rude. Make this the LAST place you go to! Rate: 0/10.
