Overall this was a very mixed experience for me. I personally feel like this company wasn’t user friendly. We had one shift in schedule in the end and it was like there was zero availability from any other person within any location. These referrals are hard to get and obviously when you introduce your child into these things you hope for consistency. I felt like there was no effort to work with us on scheduling in the end. Spoke to Lucy. Very rude receptionist. Very pushy towards other useless therapists. Does not consider clients needs or preferences. Considers her interests only.
Uma Kumar has helped me so much! As someone with chronic illness and heavy trauma, she’s incredibly kind, caring, and easy to talk to. She always makes me feel supported and understood. She’s helped me heal in many areas of my life and manage my day-to-day struggles with more ease. Every session feels like a gift, and I’m so grateful for her. I truly recommend her!
I am so grateful to have found Kristen Ritenour. After struggling for so long with the wrong medications and little progress, my son is doing so much better.
