Sophia is an extremely kind, understanding, and overall wonderful counselor. She has truly created a safe space where you can be vulnerable without fear of judgement. I am grateful for all of her help.
This was a very wonderful and helpful experience. Really helped me not only face past traumas but also confront them. I feel that with the work done it will greatly improve my understanding of trauma and help me process it better in the future.
