Sofia is a wonderful therapist. She is so easy to talk to, and has such a calm nature.
Sophia is truly one of the best therapist's out there. I have known her for a very long time and she has been awesome. She really gets me thinking about things differently. It's nice getting a whole new perspective on things when you've only seen it from your own perspective. She's very detail oriented too, especially on some things you might not even think are important. She's amazing!

Finding Sophia was such a blessing! I been with her for a couple months now and I know i made the right choice calling her. She gives the most deepest respect towards you. Sophia helped me so much with the anxiety I was experiencing. We did a lot of EMDR, and I have noticed since starting it that whenever I go through stressful or triggering events, I respond to them so much differently. I feel calm and don't spiral into potential outcomes. I start forgetting why I'm worrying, and I can actually sleep. If you're in Palm Coast and looking for EMDR, support with anxiety or depression, etc., you will want to check out Sophia! I can't recommend her enough.
