I have been a customer of Healthy Meals Inc for a little over 3 months now and I could not be happier. I have interacted with them regularly with requests to customize my meal plan (from adjusting caloric intake to balancing macronutrients) or to adjusting the days to have meals delivered around travel or work schedules and they have always between very responsive, positive, and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
Tastes good, convenient, and it works! I lost 15 pounds in the first 30 days, and I ate good tasting food.
The quality of Healthy Meals is amazing. I have been receiving the meals for a week now and can't wait to share some great results in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about Healthy Meals, Inc! Fresh food delivered to my door daily, which makes it feel like Christmas every morning! There is no better way to get all the nutrition, variety, convenience, and freshness that HM can offer! Over the last year I have made multiple modifications to my diet and the staff always responds very quickly and applies the new changes as soon as possible.
