The male nurse/phlebotomist is a super star, but the rest of the staff and office operations are chaos. I had bloodwork done, but the different nurse working that day misplaced my sample and it was never processed. I wouldn’t trust them with personal data if I were you- the office needs serious process improvements. Additionally, be cautious about business name changes: there are multiple names associated with this clinic in online reviews. Go look it up so you can see bad reviews under other names.
Amazing Organization to partner with and to receive services! The staff is phenomenal and professional. Patient information is confidential and services are discrete yet more importantly FREE! I recommend Healthy MD to community providers to come and provide testing services for your clients. Knowing your status and having access to services can ease a person’s mind when facing health challenges.
The staff here is absolutely stellar and deserves 10 stars. I felt very welcomed here and empowered. Seeking medical care anywhere these days can be very frustrating and stressful, but the Healthy MD clinic staff get it right. I remember Natalie specifically being so helpful, and went out of her way to make me feel more comfortable when I was visibly stressed. Thank you Natalie ! And the rest of the amazing staff. They also offer reduced cost/free services FYI. Will return.
I love everything this clinic does! STI/STDs can be super scary but the team did everything they could to make me feel safe, supported & educated on staying healthy. Such a safe space for all people!
Great little clinic! Everyone was so nice and thorough. I felt so safe and taken care of and like they really listened to my needs.
