Worst customer service. Pharmacists often incorrectly tell you prescriptions weren’t sent in when they actually were. Then they lie about it when the doctor calls or proof that the prescription was sent in is provided. The manager is consistently rude and arrogant. I would avoid this place.

I’ve never experienced such bad, rude and extremely sarcastic customer service, specifically from the Middle Aged white woman. I don’t know if she is the pharmacist or just a tech, but she should never be interacting with the public. The first couple of times I dealed with her, I thought oh she must be having a bad day. So, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this small independent pharmacy. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to explain medications thoroughly, something you rarely get at big chain pharmacies. The service is quick and personal, and they genuinely care about their customers' well-being. I appreciate the convenience of being able to speak directly with the pharmacist without a long wait. $10 minimum for credit card, even though copay is less. They’ll ask you to use Zelle if you don’t have cash. Did not offer pharmacist counseling. Not a friendly vibe.
