I am so grateful that the Healthy Living Institute exists in our community. They provide free, high-quality services. Erin and Alyssa are both exceptional health professionals, who were so patient and dedicated in troubleshooting my car seat and ensuring it was safely installed. They truly care and have added so much value to my parenting experience, I can only imagine how many other lives they have impacted. Thank you so much, Erin and Alyssa!

My fiance and I attended the newborn basics course and it was very informative. This will be our first baby that I've carried this far along, I give birth in 3 weeks, so we are extremely nervous. The course helped ease our nerves. We were happy that the course was 2 hours long, it felt like a real class instead of just skimming over information. Very grateful that course was free.

Rhea and Irma were absolute God sends. My heart is so full of relief and gratitude for the valuable time they took to sit down with my husband and I to go over all of the need to knows regarding Type 1 diabetes. They were so positive and enlightening. My husband and I were so stressed and insecure going into this journey. Having this amazing resource and such phenomenal ladies to help guide us brought so much relief and confidence that we can actually do this!! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you ladies!
