That dr.lee is very sloppy and unprofessional she thinks she can speak to you anyway the office staff is very unprofessional also this practice needs to be closed down this place is very unclean.
Horrible practice. I’m a caregiver for a patient of this group. He has been trying to get his insulin refilled for more than one month. He has called numerous times, but no one ever returns his call. Today we were told that his doctor is on maternity leave which is why his insulin hasn’t been approved. They also use the “short staffed” excuse. They don’t care about patients.
Dr. Lee has been my Dr for at least 13 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. She sees our entire family. She listens and gets to know you and makes you feel heard. Her current(07/27/2023) office staff is amazing. She's always had great office staff but right now they are the best. Maria, the receptionist is an absolute treasure. She works so hard and is so kind and goes out of her way to help everyone. Gail can literally do it all!! This place is very unprofessional , my appointment was for the next day they called me said they were short staff asked if I can come today ok that’s fine i go in they have me waiting all that time and cant see me unless i make a payment just hounding me first off it was a very last minute appointment because y’all were short staff if yall need me to pay something before i got there that’s something that should have been let known over the phone i bearly had 30 min to get there for them to refuse service that’s very trashy a... read more
This facility is not in business to help people but to punch Medicaid and Medicare for cash. Basically impossible to reach the front desk by phone to make an appointment. I highly recommend you seek somewhere else for whatever treatment you are seeking.
