I was given this home, Heallthcare after Spending 30 days in in a rehab facility. Initially, I was supposed to get physical therapy, nursing, home health services, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, I got out on a Thursday and the first time anybody showed up was on Saturday. And that was an evaluation by the nurse. The following week I saw a nurse and was eventually seen by the physical therapist for an evaluation.
