We went to 3 different locations to check out the Inada Sogno. We received the best product at the best price with James, the owner. James was the most knowledgeable about the different chairs and gave us the best service by far. He personally delivered the massage chair to our home. Product was perfect. I would highly recommend going here for your chair.
