While Dr. Hanna has a nice bedside manner, she runs her business terribly. She has very limited hours and regularly cancels appointments, which are hard to reschedule. My last straw was when my daughter needed her stitches removed. She got them at the ER and we were told to follow-up with our pediatrician. We made the appointment 3 days in advance.
