Justis sold me on a plan for my small business. Once I signed us up I haven't been able to receive any help. My emails and messages to The Healthy Insurance Dude go unanswered. I get some email stating we are covered but we don't have ID cards and it's been 2 months. I spoke to an HSA rep that helped me navigate how our HSA was set up and it has nothing to do with my company and the contributions I thought I set up aren't being made.
