I have been a member for about 5 months now & I have been very happy. What I have learned the most is about taking responsibility for my own health & wellness. I have reached my 40% goal and probably would have been closer to my goal but I get side tracked with life sometimes and use comfort food to "feel better". I am learning to not be so hard on myself. I'm very pleased with my experience so far at Healthy Inspirations. I've been a member for about 2 months now, and I have lost 11 pounds, over 11 inches, and feel excellent because I'm eating really well. No more afternoon slump, which was always a huge problem for me. I've lost the cravings I used to have for sweets, and haven't missed most of the foods that aren't as healthy! I have been a member of Healthy Inspirations in Atascadero for over a year. I have not lost weight but gained weight. They can not keep staff and the owner is only interested in making money off of her clients. Unfortunately,. I signed a two year contract and hope I do not gain to much weight back that I loss with another weight loss program during the next six months I have left with this program.
