Hello, I see I'm not the only one having problems. I'm going to file a claim since she refusing to refund my money I was charged for 9 crowns and only got 5.if anyone else is having these problems please email me jennifer.carefirst@gmail.com

It i so horrible, she comes off as so nice, then when you ask her the why's she just refuses to answer. I trusted her, had not been to a dentist in a long time before that, she insisted that I get veneers, told me my teeth were breaking, finding out now my bone structure is very good... questioning how that came about. I tried to reach her for an emergency during christmas and apparently I did no such thing. I had to see my MD it was sooo bad. I went to this So-called dentist on11/20/2012 for a partial plate and was charged $2200.00.This plate was supposed to be Valplast(no metal) when I got this plate back around 3 months later it would not fit.Numerous visits later,it still did not fit.It was sent back to the lab for re-work.3 more months later it still did not fit.Numerous adjustments and grinds later Dr Freeman says that this plate will not work.So needless to say I had to settle for a cheaper metal base plate All in all after 10 months of waiting and retuning... read more

Do not ever go here. Went here because they were open on Saturday. Please do not make the same mistake I made. This dentist is a fraud. I was told I needed to pay $1,200 for a crown. It was a dental emergency, so I did it....only to find out from my insurance that I should have paid NOTHING. Now, she is trying to dispute it and say that I knew my options and chose to go with the $1,200 lava crown....um NO, I would have been happy with porcelain that was fully covered by my insurance but she told me she didn't do porcelain an... read more

So helpful. Everyone in this office is wonderful and they all go above and beyond to help me even the dentist. Got me in and got me out of pain. I really appreciate the personal attention. I was not just a number like the last dental office I was in.

THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST EVER!!! I have not been in the dentist for a while and Dr. Freeman treated me like a common criminal. She was lecturing me, which is fine but no one deserves to be treated so poorly. After my supposed deep cleaning which only lasted 3 minutes or so from all the plaque I have (why would it only last 3 minutes if I had so much plaque), she left the office without a word. SO, I HAVE AN HMO INSURANCE AND MY INSURANCE HAS BEEN SENDING ME TO THESE GOD AWFUL CLINICS WHERE I'M HEARDED IN LIKE CATTLE AND I AM JUST A NUMBER. MOST OF THE DENTIST'S CANT SPEAK DECENT ENGLISH AND EVERYONE IS RUDE.
