My disabled partner has been using them and we are very dissatisfied. They are not responsive particular when it comes to prescription requests. Recently she saw one of their nurse practitioners and we told her about an Rx for a skin condition she has which a previous physician had given her. This is not a run of the mill condition and it has been 2 weeks and several phone calls to their office with no Rx on file at my pharmacy. I don't recommend this group at all.
She is very nice and good listening. She is taking her time to hear from you.
I had a horrible inner ear infection & they prescribed antibiotics but forgot the ear drops that help with both the infection & the pain. I called on Friday to remind them that they forgot to prescribe the drops that we had discussed and she completely blew me off. The pain became so bad over the weekend that I broke down and went to the emergency room. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM BECAUSE THEY DON’T PROVIDE ADEQUATE CARE & HAVE NO FOLLOW THROUGH!!
