Hello I keep calling the office to verify and upcoming appointment but it days you do not have enough credits to continue the call, can you guys please check that? It will not transfer me to a human operator
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. The staff seemed disorganized — every time I asked a question, I received different answers from different employees. My physical appointment was rescheduled because my information wasn’t ready. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have chosen a different clinic. I expected a higher level of professionalism.
