Prompt and thorough with their service. Brent is great.
We use the service over a year ago after I began itching months prior. Recently I had the guy come out again only to argue with me that we did not have fleas in our home Because there were none in the flea traps he told me to set. I have 2 cats a dog at an 11 week old rescue kitten who have been infested for quite some time. We have now spent money twice for pest control and tons of money on Flea products and preventatives. Poor customer service. NEVER on time. Management is by far the worst. Always have an excuse as to why they are late or cancel last minute. Will never recommend to anyone!!!
