Clean office and kind office staff. Doctor was very attentive and knowledgeable. Knew how to get appropriate care started. Highly recommend.
Called the office to verify they were accepting new patients. Lily was the contact at first and she did an excellent job comforting me that they do accept new patients. Visited with Dr. To get acquainted, and I was highly impressed. I made a future date with the doctor to be my primary care physician effective immediately. UPDATE 4/2025…. This practice was wholly incompetent and caused a vital and extremely medically necessary surgery to be cancelled due to their negligence and dropping the ball. The young woman, Gabriella, who called me was extraordinarily rude, unprofessional and lacked any and all empathy or compassion. If you are or are considering being a patient here, be prepared to be your own fierce advocate and do not expect anyone there to help you be proactive in your health care needs.
