Home Economist I usually frequent this store to buy bulk spices and, on occasion, organic produce. This store used to be a great store to buy health foods, but with all of the large chain health stores arriving in Charlotte, this little store is becoming a relic of the past.
A nice local health food store option The selection is quite good for a local store, and the helpful staff in the supplements section can't be beat. The deli counter is disappointing - it would be nice to have more "to go" meal options. The bulk food section is very good. They also have a nice selection of unusual greeting cards.

As a frequent customer (over 20 yrs) the need has finally arisen to notify you of the deplorable conditions of your customer bathroom. It is dirty, the toilet is stained, dead bug on the floor, the walls/inside door are in dire need of new paint. The floor could be replaced or kept up better. Considering this is a food establishment one wonders what the kitchen area is like? Thank you.
