We had an excellent experience with Donn as our new build home inspector. He was extremely detailed and thorough, checking every corner of our home, including areas we would have easily overlooked, especially the attic. His attention to detail gave us great peace of mind. I hired Donn to inspect my mom’s house (who has passed) because I am planning on buying out my sister’s half and we’re using this as a tool to help determine fair market value price. Donn was very thorough, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave great advice and was able to get the completed report to me in less than two days. Would definitely recommend.
