I did not receive a new thermostat with the new furnace.

Brian Lopez Rojas did my HVAC system maintenance today. Brian was very professional explaining the details of the service. Very nice and pleasant young man.
Brian was very kind and did a great job. I shared with him that the people I’ve spoken with on the phone were not so nice. But he was apologetic for them. His kindness made up for it.
