I had an appointment for 9 o’clock. Nobody showed up for an hour so I called them. The office person informed me that they weren’t sure why the technician wasn’t at my house yet and could not get a hold of them. I honestly wouldn’t have even called them if they didn’t install the system in my home After all the stuff I have heard about them. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I paid $750 for a mold inspection and was promised the results within 2-3 days. I never received the results - just excuses, which was very disappointing, because the inspector that came to our home was awesome!

They performed Radon Mitigation. Great job, multiple visits to make sure it was being done right and was effective. Good, friendly staff. Punctual.

Randy came up with a great solution to our radon problem, and he kept the fan hidden in a utility closet on the outside of our house, which preserves the aesthetic value of our home. Very grateful.
