I could not put into words how wonderful Dr. Jo is and how she treats not only our furry kids, but us as well. I had to put down my love of my life, Sir Bud (Golden Retriever) last night. Her compassion and words, and especially the non verbal support, will forever burn in my memory of the best that veterinary medicine has to offer!
Dr. Fontaine is the Best! When my dog was in a life and death situation, she was the only one who came up with the right diagnosis, and treatment. She cared like it was her own dog! Forever Grateful! xx Bodes mom.
I love this vet service, Joanne is so caring with the animals and her staff are all so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
Jo ann is kind hearted, attentive and thorough. She not only treat our cat like her own, she is genuinely concerned with me as much as the cat. I am very fortunate to have found her and the rest of the staff at Healthy Heart!
Buster and I think our Vet is the BEST ! Buster may not have a waggie tail on the way in but his tail is wagging when we leave. JoAnne has the most gentle, nurturing manner which makes me comfortable which in turn makes Buster comfortable. The staff (for lack of a better word) are also animal and people lovers which makes us feel like family. Thank you HHVC :)
We can't say enough good things about Joanne and everyone we've met at Healthy Heart and have recommended the Practice to friends and acquaintances with out reservation.
Such a good vet, always is reachable with any questions or concerns. Very reliable and reasonable prices. She also doesn't push unnecessary things that don't need to be done as I have had last vets do. I would refer anyone to healthy heart!
Never had a Veterinarian care for my pets as much as her.
