RecommendedWhat a very professional office experience! Karen, the receptionist, is very welcoming and kind. Dr. Terry is very professional. She took time to listen to me and fitted me with trial hearing aides. After several visit she was able to make my hearing great again. I started to hear that I didn't realize I was missing. After having my hearing tested in one of the large hearing aid .companies that advertise regularly, and being told I needed hearing aids, I remembered Dr Terry, and how kind and patient she was several years ago with my husband. I trusted her to test my hearing, and what a nice surprise she told me that I don't need hearing aids yet, I'll have my hearing tested by Dr. Terry again next year,

I got an appointment quickly, had my hearing tested, and left with sample aids to try out. Dr. Terry was great at explaining everything, and teaching how the aids work. It was a reassuring and comfortable experience.
