Paula is extremely knowledgeable and helps take away the pain. I've never walked away with a problem area in the last 17 years. Paula takes care of my many problem areas always. Paula is the best in town!

I use massage therapy to relieve my fibromyalgia and keep me able to remain active. Paula is fantastic. She is there to heal, and always makes sure to remind you to “not mess up all her work” and continue to take care of yourself after you leave your session! Most effective massages I have had in 15 years.
I have been seeing Paula for over 2 years now. She is the best massage thereapist Ive ever been to, and because of that, she is my first Therapist whom i have been a regular. She is extremely knowledgable and is always giving great instruction on at home wellness. If you are a female in the Tampa area I highly recommend setting up an appointment with her.
