Laura Meeks with Healthy Happy Sleep was one of the best decisions we made as first time parents. Laura at Healthy Happy Sleep was fantastic! She helped our 3 year old start staying in his room overnight and sleeping 10-11 hrs straight. She was creative and supportive- never made us feel like we were crazy or doing something wrong. She also solved our 18 month old’s trouble staying asleep in one 15 minute consult! Miracle worker! Highly recommend.
Our baby went from only wanting to sleep in our arms or bed to being an independent sleeper. We called it sorcery but it was actually Laura. She custom-made a plan for our baby and was responsive anytime we needed support along the way. Everyone at home is doing better now that we’re getting quality sleep. Cannot recommend Healthy Happy Sleep enough!
We had such an amazing experience! We have an 18month old who had exclusively breastfed/coslept.
