I wasn’t t going to leave a review but I was VERY DISPLEASED with the customer service. I booked online for an appointment that was at 4. My daughter got a retwist and the time slot we set was from 4 to 530 while I understand sometimes the stylist timing can be thrown off but the Loctician was just starting on a client (not my child) at 4. My child didn’t get in the chair until 6pm. I'm not even interested in coming here to get my hair done. I haven't even been here the first time and they don't even respond. But that's totally fine by me. It's sad how people are now these days. Don't no body return your calls at all no more. All I was trying to do was get schedule and they want money just to book an appointment to lock in a day and date Ridiculous. I have had my locs for about 9 months, and my hair is so soft that I have had a hard time keeping it twisted. Made an appointment and Ms. Dee came to my rescue!! She was extremely nice and very professional, and hooked. me. up! I will most definitely be back. Highly recommend for anything that you are looking to do with your hair. Very knowledgeable staff.
