We had the privilege of working with Eric and his wife for a New Year's Eve party in our home - and the service, attention and the food could not have been better. Eric was so great to work with, from the initial stages of planning the overall meal - to the execution of the food itself. Every food item, from the appetizers to the main meal was delicious and very well presented. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do, and it is reflected in his food. I look forward to working with you again!!
