This place has terrible customer service and care for their patients. Additionally, the nurses and providers show a general lack of competency. For example, i came in to get labs and the two nurses and the provider each failed to draw my blood. This wasted an hour of my work time and them constantly poking me over and over was very painful. The folks at the front desk, were dry, and did not showcase the level of warmness you would expect from someone that is responsible for your well being. I would avoid at all cost!
I traveled from Texas (DFW) for my appointment, and after the long drive, I was extremely nervous and emotional when I arrived. From the moment I walked through the door, however, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff treated me with kindness and compassion during a very personal experience. The front desk ladies and/or whoever answers the phones are rude in person and on the phone they chose to delete my appointment because of my stupid baby dad calling them they blamed me for his words even though we aren’t together then they cancelled my appointment due to his unprofessionalism if you ask me this place is the last place you want to go if you would like to feel cared for
Healthy futures is awesome they care about us they do a lot of testing to find out what's wrong with us the doctors there are outstanding the receptionists there are awesome the nurses are a great I give them all stars they need a raise everyone there needs to race they're outstanding thank you everyone for being so good and caring and helping us out and providing us with care and taking the time with us
