As I was finishing my massage and went to pay, I was told that my tip was “no good” in a very nasty tone. Feeling uncomfortable, I decided to give more money. The person I gave the tip to then shook her head, snatched the money from my hand without making eye contact, and continued looking down at her phone. I went today for the first time and got a one hour foot massage. I was so excited to get it as it was a very stressful day. However, When I first walked in I was approached by someone who wasn’t welcoming. I ignored that and gave them the benefit of the doubt despite having a weird feeling about the place.
